From the moment you enter Permenter Chiropractic, you will experience a warm and friendly environment where we are ready to serve you. Although we are a relaxed and comfortable practice that likes to have fun, we are always serious when it comes to our patients’ health.

NEW PATIENT FORMS
Your First Visit
Your initial visit with Dr. Permenter typically includes the following:
- Consultation
- Examination
- X-rays, if necessary
- Relief treatment
Dr. Permenter will discuss your health history and current complaints with you during your consultation. To better understand your current condition, an examination will be performed. Digital X-rays may be obtained to complete the picture. If appropriate, a gentle relief treatment will be provided. This initial visit typically takes less than 45 minutes.
Your Second Visit
During your second visit, we will answer 4 basic questions:
- What’s wrong?
- Can we help?
- How long will it take?
- How much will it cost?
Dr. Permenter will explain his findings while showing you the areas of stress on your X-rays that are stressed. He will also discuss your recommended treatment plan and answer any questions you may have. Treatment will begin when you are ready. This report of findings visit is typically about 15 minutes, depending on how many questions you may have.
Ongoing Care
Regular visits are usually less than 10 minutes. Once symptoms have subsided and motion has been restored to your spine, Dr. Permenter will recommend a plan to strengthen the associated muscles and ligaments to prevent a relapse.
